What we collect
Only what you tell us in the application form: your name, contact info, work history, the answers you write, and any files you upload (resume, cover letter, optional Skill Check recording). We also log the time of submission and a hashed version of your IP address for fraud prevention.
Why we collect it
To evaluate your application and contact you about it. That's it. We don't use your data for marketing, training models, or any other purpose without explicit additional consent.
Where it lives
On AWS in the United States. Files are encrypted at rest and in transit. Only people directly involved in hiring can see your application.
How long we keep it
Up to 24 months from submission, so we can reach back out if a relevant role opens later. You can request deletion at any time and we'll do it within 30 days.
Your rights
- Request a copy of what we have about you.
- Request correction of anything inaccurate.
- Request deletion at any time.
- Withdraw your application at any time.
Email hello@cwleaders.com with the subject "data request" and we'll respond within 30 days. California (CCPA/CPRA) and EU (GDPR) residents have these rights by law; we extend them to everyone.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent applicant data, ever.
- We don't use applicant data to train AI models.
- We don't share your application with third parties outside our direct hiring team.
- We don't track you across the internet.
Cookies
We use a single session-storage entry to save your application draft locally in your browser — that's not really a cookie, and it never leaves your device. If you complete or abandon the form, you can clear it from your browser at any time.
Updates to this notice
If we change anything material, we'll update the date below and notify active applicants by email.
