Short and direct. By using MyHire, you agree to the following.

Who can apply

MyHire is for individuals applying to work at CW Leaders. You confirm that the information you provide is accurate, that you're submitting on your own behalf, and that you're legally allowed to work where the role is based (subject to sponsorship, where offered).

Files you upload

You confirm that any files you upload (resume, cover letter, recordings) are yours to share, don't infringe anyone else's rights, and don't contain malicious content. You grant CW Leaders a limited license to view and store these files for the purpose of evaluating your application.

Acceptable use

• Don't use MyHire to send spam, phishing attempts, or any automated mass submission.
• Don't try to access systems, data, or accounts that aren't yours.
• Don't reverse-engineer the application flow or our APIs.
• If you find a security issue, please email security@cwleaders.com — we'll thank you publicly if you'd like.

No employment guarantee

Submitting an application doesn't create an employment relationship or guarantee an interview, offer, or response beyond our standard 5-business-day reply. Hiring decisions are at our sole discretion.

Liability

MyHire is provided as-is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, CW Leaders isn't liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from use of this site. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

Changes

If we materially change these terms, we'll update the date below and notify any active applicants by email.
