The Strategist and Operationalist 1 role is built for someone who can move fluidly between strategic planning and hands-on execution. The position supports complex professional and personal operations, often under time pressure, while maintaining discretion, precision, and calm judgment.

The role spans executive workflow, global travel, confidential communications, procurement, shipping, budgets, and asset coordination. It is well suited to a candidate who has already proven they can operate in demanding environments without losing detail, composure, or momentum.

Core responsibilities

What you will own.

I. High-Level Strategy & Executive Workflow

  • Manage a complex schedule and keep executive priorities moving without friction.
  • Prioritize sensitive communications and maintain clarity across shifting demands.
  • Prepare high-level documents for meetings, negotiations, and strategic conversations.
  • Develop frameworks for internal initiatives, partner outreach, and organizational growth.

II. Global Operations & Logistics Management

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute domestic and international travel with precision.
  • Operate across remote, office, and on-location support environments as needed.
  • Handle procurement, purchasing, packaging, and shipping of sensitive or time-critical materials.
  • Keep global logistical systems moving while protecting discretion and reliability.

III. Financial Stewardship & Asset Management

  • Oversee operational budgets and maintain disciplined expense reporting.
  • Coordinate complex, high-volume purchasing with fiduciary responsibility.
  • Manage confidential personal and professional assets with strong judgment.
  • Support financially and operationally sound execution across evolving priorities.
Qualifications

What CW Leaders is looking for.

  • Master's degree preferred; bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 3 years of demonstrated, high-impact professional experience in a fast-paced environment involving complex operations, client relations, or executive support.
  • Current valid passport.
  • Legal authorization to work and travel internationally without restriction.
  • Extensive prior experience with domestic and complex international travel.
  • Valid U.S. driver's license and willingness to drive for logistical needs.
  • Proven hands-on capability in detailed purchasing, professional packaging, shipping, and other complex logistical execution.
