Strategist & Operationalist 1

You'll work side-by-side with a senior partner on a portfolio that touches strategy, operations, and execution. Less "draft a deck for someone else." More "make the call, own the outcome, ship the work." Day-one impact, week-one ownership.

What you'll do

• Run end-to-end on a multi-workstream portfolio — research, decision, execution, delivery.
• Translate ambiguous problems into clear plans and ship them, often in days not quarters.
• Lead small cross-functional teams (designers, ops, partners) and keep them moving.
• Build the playbook so the next person doing this role onboards in days, not months.

What we're looking for

• 3–7 years across strategy + operations roles (consulting, in-house ops, startup founder, COS).
• You write to think — clearly, briefly, and to the point.
• Comfortable making calls with imperfect information and owning the outcome.
• Genuinely fluent across modern software: AI tooling, no-code, basic SQL, light scripting.
• Optional: a portfolio piece, recording, or case study. We love seeing your actual work.
